The role also involves leading initiatives related to the interests and concerns of early-career researchers, organizing events, building connections between researchers of various career levels and faculty.
- Co-organizer of the seminar series Student Organized Session (SOS)
- Co-organizer of the Science Day 2023 for the Office of Science (July 2023)
- Initiative and organization of the Christmas Fundraiser at ESO Garching (Dec. 2022)
- Contribution to the Disks and Planets across ESO Facilities Conference as the Local Organizing Committee (Oct. 2022)
