Outreach

I am and have been involved in science outreach in several different ways by:
  • Giving lessons in secondary schools in Estonia.
  • Supporting science fairs, like the European Space Agency ESTEC Open Day 2019 with 9000 guests.
  • Blogging and writing guest blog posts.
You can read "Using a star-mapping telescope to measure tiny space rocks", 2021 in the Space Travel blog by University of Tartu.
  • Contributing to science workshops and webinars.
     Examples:
    ○ three-time panelist at the Skills Gap AI in Astrophysics webinar (2021, 2022),
    ○ panelist at the Girls In STEM Organization Aerospace webinar (2022),
  • Public speaking at both in-person and online events.
I was a speaker at the European Student Think Tank's seminar Let's Talk Space (2022).
  • Author of the newsletter Kosmosest.
